生病辞职需要提前一个月吗?

法律分析:
可以先提供诊断证明修病假,医疗期满不能继续工作,再考虑辞职或者和单位协商解除劳动合同,辞职仍然要提前三十天书面通知单位,如果单位有劳动合同法第38条违法用工情况,可以随时通知单位辞职。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。
