释义	法律关系是在法律规范调整社会关系的过程中所形成的人们之间权利与义务关系。如企业与职工依法订立劳动合同后，就构成了双方的劳动法律关系。法律关系由法律关系主体、法律关系内容(权利义务)和法律关系客体三要素构成。从关系的双方来讲，社会关系包括个人之间的关系、个人与群体之间的关系、个人与国家之间的关系，一般还包括群体与群体之间的关系、群体与国家之间的关系。这里群体的范畴，小到民间组织，大到国家政党。法律依据:《民法总则》第一条
