释义	法律分析：女方如果不知道对方已经有配偶的而结婚的，不会判刑。有配偶而重婚或明知对方有配偶而故意重婚者，应承担重婚罪的刑事责任。不知对方已有配偶而与之结婚的，不构成重婚罪，仅承担重婚的的民事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处2年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
