问题	银行经纠纷如何去处理
释义	银行经济纠纷，发生在内部，双方同属某一级分行的，可以报请该分行处理；双方属不同一级分行的，应先由纠纷各方所属的一级分行进行协商。协商不成时，由有关一级分行向总行提出处理申请。对因违法违规经营造成的经济纠纷，由稽核和监察部门参加一并处理。法律依据《商业银行法》第一条，为了保护商业银行、存款人和其他客户的合法权益，规范商业银行的行为，提高信贷资产质量；加强监督管理，保障商业银行的稳健运行，维护金融秩序，促进社会主义市场经济的发展，制定本法。
