释义	可撤销的民事行为是指民事行为虽已成立并生效，但因意思表示不真实,可以因行为人撤销权的行使,使其自始不发生效力的民事行为。可撤销的民事行为在被撤销前，已跋生效力,明显不同于绝对无效的民事行为。可撤销民事行为包括: (一)重大误解;(二)显失公平;(三)乘人之危:(四);欺诈、胁迫。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十七条于重大误解实施的民事法律行为,行为人有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
