未成年可以签合同嘛？
释义
未成年人订立的合同不一定有效。十六周岁以上不满十八周岁的，只要合同没有其他效力瑕疵的，合同就是有效的；八周岁以上和不满八周岁的，合同经法定代理人追认后，合同有效。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百四十五条 限制民事行为能力人实施的纯获利益的民事法律行为或者与其年龄、智力、精神健康状况相适应的民事法律行为有效；实施的其他民事法律行为经法定代理人同意或者追认后有效。
