试用期不给工资合法么
释义
不合法。劳动者提供劳动，用人单位就应该支付工资。即使工作1天也是应该支付工资，用人单位以劳动者试用期内不给工资，属于违法行为。对于用人单位不支付工资的行为有两个途径：1、劳动者可以到当地劳动监察投诉举报；2、可以到当地劳动人事争议仲裁委员会申请仲裁，要求支付工资。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十条 工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
