释义	我国法律是不支持同性恋去领证的，根据我国《民法典》规定，结婚必须是一男一女，且达适婚年龄。结婚年龄，男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十七条规定，结婚年龄，男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条规定，有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
