释义	法律分析：公安机关收到遗失物，应当查找遗失物丢失人，请其认领。或者存放遗失物品招领处，待人认领。自公安机关收到遗失物发布招领公告之日起六个月无人认领的，遗失物归国家所有。公安机关可以拍卖、变卖遗失物，所得价金缴国库。拾得遗忘物应当归还失主，如果将他人的遗忘物或者埋藏物非法占为己有，数额较大，拒不交出的，构成侵占罪。法律依据：《民法典》第三百一十五条，有关部门收到遗失物，知道权利人的，应当及时通知其领取；不知道的，应当及时发布招领公告。
