释义	送达回执是是指人民法院或者其他司法行政机关，按照法定形式出具的证明送达法律文书。送达回执既是送达行为的证明，也是被送达人接受送达的证明，是人民法院或者扰森洞行政机关，与被送达人之间存在诉讼法律关系的证据。送达诉讼缓枯文书，应当附送达证明书，由受送达人记载送达日期，并签名或者盖章。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》春此第八十四条送达诉讼文书必须有送达回证，由受送达人在送达回证上记明收到日期，签名或者盖章。受送达人在送达回证上的签收日期为送达日期。
