释义	法律分析：合法，但必须基于孕妇意志。用人单位可以调整怀孕女职工的工作岗位，但必须是基于保护女职工的原则，即如果怀孕女职工不能胜任、不能适应原工作岗位，用人单位应当在减轻劳动量、改善相应的工作条件的基础上为其调整岗位，安排其他劳动。法律依据：《中华人民共和国女职工劳动保护规定》第七条女职工在怀孕期间，所在单位不得安排其从事国家规定的第三级体力劳动强度的劳动和孕期禁忌从事的劳动，不得在正常劳动日以外延长劳动时间；对不能胜任原劳动的，应当根据医务部门的证明，予以减轻劳动量或者安排其他劳动。
