释义	法律分析：要约具有法律效力，在其到达受要约人时生效，其生效后要约人受要约所表达的意思表示拘束，此时要约对要约人是具有法律效力的，但是对于受要约人的法律效力只有在其作出承诺时才具有。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十八条有下列情形之一的，要约失效：（一）要约被拒绝；（二）要约被依法撤销；（三）承诺期限届满，受要约人未作出承诺；（四）受要约人对要约的内容作出实质性变更。
