释义	法律分析: 未经相关省级部门准许，拥有弹枪都是违法的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国枪支管理法》第三条国家严格管制枪支。禁止任何单位或者个人违背法律限定拥有、制造（包括变造、装配）、买卖、运输、出租、出借枪支。除了公务用枪外，个人拥有枪支需经省级人民政府体育行政主管部门、林业行政主管部门等相关单位准许。未经准许而拥有枪支的，隶属违法做法。第三十九条违背该法限定，未经许可制造、买卖或者运输枪支的，依照刑法有关限定追究刑事职责。
