释义	婚假，是指劳动者本人结婚依法享受的假期。婚假一般要提前四个星期请假。而且结婚证日期必须在劳动合同期限里面，半年请假有效。婚假3天，晚婚加7天，共10天。法律依据：《中华人民共和国人口与计划生育法》第二十五条符合法律、法规规定生育子女的夫妻，可以获得延长生育假的奖励或者其他福利待遇。
