释义	死刑犯分两种，一种是死刑立即执行，不需要进监狱，直接由法警执行死刑;另一种是死刑缓期两年执行，这样的只要没有余罪，不在监狱内再犯罪，就不会死的，两年后转为无期徒刑，再两年后减为有期徒刑。服刑人员只有遇到下列情形之一的，才可以使用戒具： (一)罪犯有脱逃行为的; (二)罪犯有使用暴力行为的; (三)罪犯正在押解途中的; (四)罪犯有其他危险行为需要采取防范措施的。而且只要以上行为消失，必须解除戒具，所以在监狱内一般是不戴脚镣的。但不知道你说的是不是看守所，如果在那可能要戴的。
