释义	法律并没有规定必须给多少赡养费。一般法院判赡养费会根据当事人自身的情况和老人的需要以及当地的经济水平来判断，在司法实践中一般按子女收入的20%-30%的标准确定，要保障老人的基本生活需求。法律依据《民法典》第一千零六十七条父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。
