释义	法律分析：要结合病情严重程度确定。如果患有严重疾病生活不能自理的，可以不执行拘留。法律依据：《拘留所条例实施办法》第十八条被拘留人有下列情形之一的，拘留所不予收拘，并出具不予收拘通知书，通知拘留决定机关：（一）不满16周岁或者已满70周岁的；（二）已满16周岁不满18周岁，初次违反治安管理的；（三）怀孕或者哺乳自己不满一周岁婴儿的；（四）被拘留审查的人患有严重疾病的；（五）不宜适用拘留审查的其他情形。
