释义	法律分析：不合理。根据国家相关法律的规定，员工在试用期的工资不能少于本单位相同岗位的最低工资或者是在劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并且也不能比用人单位所在地的最低工资标准低。且用人单位与劳动者约定的试用期有一定的标准，一般来说合同期限在三个月不至一年的，试用期不得超过一个月。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
