融资租赁租金属于债务。融资租赁涉及三方当事人，三方在其中都有权利和义务。所以，是债务行为，也有债权存在。 融资租赁又称设备租赁或现代租赁，是指实质上转移与资产所有权有关的全部或绝大部分风险和报酬的租赁。债权是得请求他人为一定行为的民法上权利。本于权利义务相对原则，相对于债权者为债务，即必须为一定行为的民法上义务。因此债之关系本质上即为一司法上的债权债务关系，债权和债务都不能单独存在。
