释义	法律分析：有配偶的人又与他人结婚或以夫妻名义共同生活的行为，或明知他人有配偶而与之结婚或者与之以夫妻名义共同生活的行为，会构成重婚。重婚行为构成犯罪的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。《中华人民共和国刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
