诊断证明有效期是多长时间
释义
只要是正规医院开出的诊断证明,在医院方都会有病历存档.那么在有据可查的时候,证明就应该是有效的.我国《医疗机构管理条例实施细则》第53条规定，医疗机构的门诊病历的保存期不得少于15年，住院病历的保存期不得少于30年.需要提示的是,如果用医院的诊断证明做法律的举证.只能证明诊断书当时的情况.还需要注意相关案例的诉讼时效期。
