借条上的贰万写成弍万有效吗 -法律知识

法律分析：
如果双方对借款金额和借款期限等借条的主要内容是确认的，这笔误不会对履行还款义务造成实质性的影响，只要借条的内容是双方平等协商一致基础上签订，不存在违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定等会导致无效的情形，就是有效的。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》
第四百六十五条 依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
第五百零二条 依法成立的合同，自成立时生效，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
