释义	婚假发的是全额工资，是员工的基本工资，没有加班工资与奖金之类的。用人单位与劳动者无任何约定的，假期工资的计算基数统一按劳动者本人所在岗位(职位)正常出勤的月工资的70%确定。按以上原则计算的假期工资基数均不得低于本市规定的最低工资标准。法律、法规另有规定的，从其规定。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第十一条劳动者依法享受年休假、探亲假、婚假、丧假期间，用人单位应按劳动合同规定的标准支付劳动者工资。
