释义	不经过家属同意可以解剖。根据法律规定，对于死因不明的尸体，经县级以上公安机关负责人批准，可以解剖尸体或者开棺检验，并且通知死者家属到场，并让其在解剖尸体通知书上签名或者盖章。死者家属无正当理由拒不到场或者拒绝签名、盖章的，不影响解剖或者开棺检验，但是应当在解剖尸体通知书上注明。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百三十一条对于死因不明的尸体，公安机关有权决定解剖，并且通知死者家属到场。
