租赁凭证需要什么资料？ |

法律分析：
1、需要双方提供的证件有，带着双方身份证及复印件、租赁合同到当地房管部门房屋租赁管理科办理相关手续。
2、出租人需要提供的证件有，房屋所有权证（复印件）或集体土地建设用地使用证，临时建设工程规划许可证，社员房屋使用证。
3、如果出租人是委托他人代管的房屋，可由代管人申请房屋租赁证，代管人除提交上述证件外，还应提交房屋产权人委托其代管的委托证明。
4、承租人如果为境外人员的，需要提交公安机关签发的居留证件，承租人为境外单位的，需在提交国家安全局批准的有关文件。承租人为机关、企业、事业单位或其他组织的，提交有关单位或组织的有效证件。
5、出租人和承租人需要携带相关的证件，在登记备案后方可领取房屋租赁证。

第七百零七条 租赁期限六个月以上的，应当采用书面形式。当事人未采用书面形式，无法确第七百零七条 租赁期限六个月以上的，应当采用书面形式。当事人未采用书面形式，无法确定租赁期限的，视为不定期租赁。定租赁期限的，视为不定期租赁。
第七百一十条 承租人按照约定的方法或者根据租赁物的性质使用租赁物，致使租赁物受到损耗的，不承担赔偿责任。
第七百一十五条 承租人经出租人同意，可以对租赁物进行改善或者增设他物。承租人未经出租人同意，对租赁物进行改善或者增设他物的，出租人可以请求承租人恢复原状或者赔偿损失。
