没和房东本人签订的合同有效吗
释义
法律主观：
如果是房东授权的 委托人签字 ， 有法律效力 。如果没有取得房东授权，租房合同不是房东本人签字则 没有法律效力 。租房合同中必须标明合同在什么情况下可以解除，这样可以约束业主和求租者的行为，保障双方的权利。2021年生效的《民法典》第七百零三条规定，租赁合同是出租人将租赁物交付承租人使用、收益，承租人支付租金的合同。第七百零四条规定，租赁 合同的内容 一般包括租赁物的名称、数量、用途、租赁期限、租金及其支付期限和方式、租赁物维修等条款。
