临时工做不到合同期扣工资 -法律知识
释义
法律分析：
公司规定没有干满一个月就扣十天工资是不合法的，是克扣工资的行为。劳动者可以向劳动监察部门投诉或者向劳动争议仲裁委员会申请劳动仲裁。
法律依据：
《工资支付暂行规定》 第九条 劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十条 工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
