广东省过渡性养老金的发放对象
1998年6月30日以前参保且2006年7月1日起首次领取基本养老金的参保人。具体包括三类具有视同缴费权益的人员；有视同缴费年限的参保人；1993年12月底前，没有视同缴费年限但有实际缴费年限的参保人；1994年1月至1998年6月30日，有实际缴费年限的参保人。
过渡性养老金的介绍
过渡性养老金是统一制度后“中人”基本养老金的一个组成部分，对新制度之前参加工作、之后退休的人员来说，由于其在此之前的工作年限没有实行个人账户，则退休时的个人账户储存额中没能体现这段年限的劳动贡献情况。

过渡性养老金的产生原因
法律依据：
国务院印发《关于深化企业职工养老保险制度改革的通知》，这个文件规定了现行的养老保险制度的基本、重要问题，其中最重要的是职工达到法定退休年龄，个人累计缴费满15年，或工龄满10年，可按月领取养老金。
