释义	法律分析：留置送达是在受送达人或者他的同住成年家属拒绝接收诉讼文书的情况下才采取的，法院将文书留在受送达人的住所，视为送达。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十六条受送达人或者他的同住成年家属拒绝接收诉讼文书的，送达人可以邀请有关基层组织或者所在单位的代表到场，说明情况，在送达回证上记明拒收事由和日期，由送达人、见证人签名或者盖章，把诉讼文书留在受送达人的住所;也可以把诉讼文书留在受送达人的住所，并采用拍照、录像等方式记录送达过程，即视为送达。
