释义	法律分析：票据背书的注意事项：持票人可以将票据权利转让给他人或者将一定的票据权利授予他人行使。但是，出票人在票据上记载“不得转让”字样的，该票据不得转让；背书应由背书人签章并记载背书日期。背书未记载日期的，视为在票据到期日前背书。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第三十条汇票以背书转让或者以背书将一定的汇票权利授予他人行使时，必须记载被背书人名称。
