释义	法律分析：银行债权应当首先考虑以货币形式受偿，从严控制以物抵债。债务人无货币清偿能力时，应当以拍卖、变卖抵押、质押财产或者其他财产所得清偿银行债务。财产暂时难以变现并符合本管理办法规定的，可以办理以物抵债。以物抵债工作，应当注意社会影响，维护社会安定团结。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百零七条抵押权不得与债权分离而单独转让或者作为其他债权的担保。债权转让的，担保该债权的抵押权一并转让，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
