释义	法律分析：扶养关系是在特定范围的亲属间一方须对他方承担以生活扶助、供养为内容而形成的权利义务关系。前者为扶养义务人，后者为扶养权利人。扶养义务人，是依法对于特定人负有抚养义务的人。主要包括下列亲属：父母子女间;夫妻相互间;祖孙间;兄弟姊妹间。法律依据：根据《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百六十一条，对于年老、年幼、患病或者其他没有独立生活能力的人，负有扶养义务而拒绝扶养，情节恶劣的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。
