释义	法律分析：是不能的，被冻结的账户有很多种，如果是因公司自身原因，比如印件丢失等原因可以打证明解冻后注销，如果是被国家行政机关查封冻结或违反相关法规是不能注销的，只有等查封的国家行政执法机构对其账户取消冻结后方可注销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百八十八条公司清算结束后，清算组应当制作清算报告，报股东会、股东大会或者人民法院确认，并报送公司登记机关，申请注销公司登记，公告公司终止。
