释义	法律分析：会坐牢的，售卖假冒伪劣产品达到犯罪标准的，将会被判决承担相应刑事责任。卖假货如果属于销售伪劣产品，销售金额五万元以上不满二十万元的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处销售金额百分之五十以上二倍以下罚金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百一十四条销售明知是假冒注册商标的商品，销售金额数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金;销售金额数额巨大的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
