释义	刑法中规定侮辱尸体罪的量刑标准是：行为人故意侮辱尸体的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。该罪在客观上表现为行为人故意对尸体实施侮辱的行为，犯罪对象只能是尸体。法律依据：《刑法》第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。第三百零二条盗窃、侮辱、故意毁坏尸体、尸骨、骨灰的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。
