释义	如果成年子女的收入刚好只能维持自己的生活，没有多余的存款，那就不需要支付赡养费，但是仍然有赡养义务。如果父母对子女有严重的犯罪行为，或者具有多次犯罪行为，那子女成年之后没有赡养义务。法律依据: 《《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》》第十四条赡养人应当履行对老年人经济上供养、生活上照料和精神上慰藉的义务，照顾老年人的特殊需要。赡养人是指老年人的子女以及其他依法负有赡养义务的人。赡养人的配偶应当协助赡养人履行赡养义务。
