释义	律师分析：（一）未婚或离异的成年子女无经济收入、丧失劳动力或不能独立生活的；（二）已婚的成年子女本身无经济收入，其家庭的收入不足以维持当地基本生活水平的；（三）父母对子女有严重犯罪行为。如父母犯有杀害子女、虐待子女严重的、遗弃子女的、或强奸女儿等行为的，丧失要求被害子女赡养的权利，可以免除赡养义务。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十九条子女应当尊重父母的婚姻权利，不得干涉父母离婚、再婚以及婚后的生活。子女对父母的赡养义务，不因父母的婚姻关系变化而终止。
