释义	法律分析：对破坏军人婚姻，情节一般的，军人本人不愿声张的，为避免扩大不良影响，可不作处理。但要制止其不法行为。对于破坏军人婚姻，造成军人家庭破裂或者其他严重后果的，则应当依法追究责任，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十九条明知是现役军人的配偶而与之同居或者结婚的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。利用职权、从属关系，以胁迫手段奸淫现役军人的妻子的，依照本法第二百三十六条的规定定罪处罚。
