释义	法律分析：政府已经颁土地承包经营权证的,其合法权益就应当受到保护,在没有法律授权的情况下,就无权撤销土地承包经营权证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》第六条农村土地承包，妇女与男子享有平等的权利。承包中应当保护妇女的合法权益，任何组织和个人不得剥夺、侵害妇女应当享有的土地承包经营权。第八条国家保护集体土地所有者的合法权益，保护承包方的土地承包经营权，任何组织和个人不得侵犯。
