释义	法律分析: 对破产案件的裁定不服的，可以自裁定送达之日起十日内向上一级人民法院提起上诉。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第十二条人民法院裁定不受理破产申请的，应当自裁定作出之日起五日内送达申请人并说明理由。申请人对裁定不服的，可以自裁定送达之日起十日内向上一级人民法院提起上诉。人民法院受理破产申请后至破产宣告前，经审查发现债务人不符合本法第二条规定情形的，可以裁定驳回申请。申请人对裁定不服的，可以自裁定送达之日起十日内向上一级人民法院提起上诉。
