1、基本产假128天，其中产前可以休假15天（符合北京相关政策的，产假可再增加1-3个月，最长为7个月产假）； 2、难产的可增加产假15天； 3、怀孕不满四个月流产的，给予15天的产假； 4、怀孕四个月以上(含四个月)流产的，给予42天产假； 5、生育多胞胎的，每多生育1个婴儿，增加产假15天。

法律客观：

《企业职工生育保险试行办法》第五条女职工生育按照法律、法规的规定享受产假。产假期间的生育津贴按照本企业上年度职工月平均工资计发，由生育保险基金支付。
