释义	法律分析：临时工的工资大部分是事先约定的,可以说是说是协商的结果。大的企业都会根据劳动力市场价格给临时工的工资定一个大致的标准,比较规范的企业请临时工,就算不签劳动合同也要签一个用工协议。用人单位拖欠或者未足额支付劳动报酬的，可以向劳动监察投诉，劳动监察应当受理，并责令用人单位限期支付；逾期不支付的，责令按拖欠额度百分之五十至一百支付赔偿金。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
