释义	法律分析：证人证言只要不属于下列情形，就有效：1、未成年人所作的与其年龄和智力状况不相当的证言；2、与一方当事人或者其代理人有利害关系的证人出具的证言；3、存有疑点的视听资料；4、无法与原件、原物核对的复印件、复制品；5、无正当理由未出庭作证的证人证言。有效的证人证言属于证据。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十二条凡是知道案件情况的单位和个人，都有义务出庭作证。有关单位的负责人应当支持证人作证。不能正确表达意思的人，不能作证。
