释义	法律分析: 支票只要格式正确、具备要素正确，银行就会兑现。不过收款人一栏如果写了谁的名字就必须谁去取款。比如写张三，支票背面的信息也要写张三，对公柜台也要张三本人取款并且提供身份证给银行扫描。收款人只要没有写，谁去取款都可以。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国票据法》第八十一条支票是出票人签发的，委托办理支票存款业务的银行或者其他金融机构在见票时无条件支付确定的金额给收款人或者持票人的票据。
