释义	订立租赁合同后换房东的，合同依然有效。私有房屋在租赁期内买卖交易，对租赁关系不产生任何影响，原租约继续有效，买受人不能以其已成为租赁物的所有人为由否认原租赁关系的存在并要求承租人返还租赁物。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《民法典》第七百二十五条租赁物在承租人按照租赁合同占有期限内发生所有权变动的，不影响租赁合同的效力。第七百二十八条出租人未通知承租人或者有其他妨害承租人行使优先购买权情形的，承租人可以请求出租人承担赔偿责任。但是，出租人与第三人订立的房屋买卖合同的效力不受影响。
