释义	法律分析：未经允许进入普通的单位的行为，仅进入而言不构成违法犯罪。但是，有以下几种情况可能构成违法犯罪：聚众进入单位，扰乱社会秩序，情节严重，致工作、生产、营业、教学、科研和医疗无法进行，造成严重损失的，涉嫌聚众扰乱社会秩序罪，追究刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百九十条聚众扰乱社会秩序，情节严重，致使工作、生产、营业和教学、科研无法进行,造成严重损失的，对首要分子，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑;对其他积极参加的，处三年以吓有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利。
