释义	1994年2月1日前的事实婚姻受法律保护，为夫妻共同生活对外所欠债务属于共同债务。1994年2月1日后不再存在事实婚姻，按照同居关系处理，则一方债务不一定属于共同债务，另一方不必然承担法律责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的,予以登记,发给结婚证。完成结婚登记,即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的,应当补办登记。
