签了合同就是正式员工了吗？

签了劳动合同仅代表双方建立劳动关系，并不代表就是正式员工，公司跟你签订的劳动合同中有可能有试用期约定，试用期满前或期满时能否转正取决于劳动者在试用期的表现是否符合录用条件。
