释义	法律分析：不能消。案底一般指某人过去犯法或犯罪行为的记录。又称犯罪人员犯罪记录制度，在我国法律中一般指有过刑事犯罪前科的档案记录，而该犯罪档案一般存放至公安部门保存，是不能消除的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百条依法受过刑事处罚的人，在入伍、就业的时候，应当如实向有关单位报告自己曾受过刑事处罚，不得隐瞒。犯罪的时候不满十八周岁被判处五年有期徒刑以下刑罚的人，免除前款规定的报告义务。
