问题	中国刑法传染病菌种、毒种扩散罪怎么立案?
释义	从事实验、保藏、携带、运输传染病菌种、毒种的人员，违反国务院卫生行政部门的有关规定，造成传染病菌种、毒种扩散，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉：（一）导致甲类和按甲类管理的传染病传播的；（二）导致乙类、丙类传染病流行、暴发的；（三）造成人员重伤或者死亡的；（四）严重影响正常的生产、生活秩序的；（五）其他造成严重后果的情形。法律依据《最高人民检察院、公安部关于公安机关管辖的刑事案件立案追诉标准的规定(一)》第50条
